QUALITY, HEALTH, ENVIROMENTAL AND SAFETY AT WORK POLICY

The DILLERS Management as the final responsible for the defined Safety and Environment Policy, expresses its firm purpose of constantly implementing and maintaining an Occupational Safety Management System and Environmental Management, which guarantees the Workplace Safety of activities developed, ensuring that DILLERS is an organization oriented to the supply of equipment and materials to our customers.

The DILLERS Workplace Safety and Environmental Management System is based and has been defined in the following principles:

• Know, comply with and respect the legislation, regulations and provisions in force applicable to our organization, both that general, sector and environmental legislation.
• Establish, implement and maintain documented objectives and goals, at the relevant levels and functions within the organization, to achieve continuous improvement of processes, products and services and written protocolization of resident care services, with the implication of all the staff.
• The use of the Occupational Safety Management System and Environmental Management in accordance with OHSAS 18001 and UNE-EN ISO 14001: 2015 and UNE EN ISO 9001: 2015 as a management model.
• Improve total customer satisfaction, maintaining adequate communication channels for the detection of their current and future needs to ensure their satisfaction regarding the fulfillment of their needs, requirements and expectations.
• Improve the professional personal satisfaction of the members of the company, encouraging the consultation and participation of workers, their personal and professional development.
